Rifle Coach (High-Performance)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 7 YEARS

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shooting Coach to join our team at the Gun For Glory Shooting Academy. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to shooters, develop personalized training plans, and offer technical and tactical support to enhance shooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct training sessions and develop personalized training plans for shooters

– Provide technical and tactical support to shooters

– Aid in the conduct of camps and training programs for High-performance as well as grassroots levels

– Analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance shooting skills

– Offer guidance, motivation, and support to shooters

– Plan and execute training sessions and competitions

– Provide constructive feedback to shooters

Qualifications:

– Experience as a shooting coach or professional shooter

– Knowledge of shooting techniques, equipment, and rules

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills

– Ability to work with shooters of all levels

– Organizational and time management skills

– Certifications or qualifications in shooting coaching or related fields (desirable)

– Experience in talent identification and development (desirable)
