Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shooting Coach to join our team at the Gun For Glory Shooting Academy. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to shooters, develop personalized training plans, and offer technical and tactical support to enhance shooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rehabilitation:
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, modalities, and exercise prescription.
2. Strength and Conditioning:
- Integrate strength and conditioning principles into rehabilitation programs to enhance performance and prevent future injuries.
- Educate athletes on proper techniques for strength training, flexibility, and injury prevention.
3. Injury Prevention:
- Conduct movement screenings and fitness assessments to identify risk factors for injury.
- Develop and deliver injury prevention workshops and programs for athletes and teams.
4. Education and Counseling
- Provide guidance on injury management, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement strategies.
- Educate athletes on the importance of nutrition, hydration, and overall wellness in relation to sports performance.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Prepare reports for coaches, medical staff, and insurance purposes as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification requirement: B.Pt (Bachelor of Physiotherapy).
Minimum one year of experience in the field of sports.
Should be able to conduct offline/online workshops.
